| preparation | Step 1: preparation of dibutyl tin oxide (DBTO) Bu2SnCl2(9.48g,31.2 mmol) dissolve in 30 mL diethyl ether, stir, stand, to be used. Add 30mL of 100 mL NaOH aqueous solution with mass fraction into a 10% Three-necked bottle equipped with a thermometer, stirring distillation device and dropping funnel, heat to 323K, and slowly drop into the above-mentioned clear diethyl ether solution to be used under stirring, at the same time, the distilled ether was recovered by distillation device, and the solution was boiled by reflux device for 0.5 h after dropping. The white precipitate was filtered off, washed with distilled water until neutral, and dried to give a white granular solid (yield> 98%). Step two: preparation of methyl N-methylcarbamate (MMC) 1, 3-dimethylurea (3.04g,34.50 mmol), dibutyltin oxide (0. 56g,2. 25 mmol) and 28.76G DMC were added to a 50 mL stainless steel kettle. DMC serves as both a reactant and a reaction solvent. The reaction was stirred at 423 K for 4 h. The product was subjected to column separation to obtain light yellow liquid MMC at room temperature, with a yield of 99% and a chromatographic purity of 96%. |
