preparation | Step 1: preparation of dibutyl tin oxide (DBTO) Bu2SnCl2(9.48g,31.2 mmol) dissolve in 30 mL diethyl ether, stir, stand, to be used. Step two: preparation of methyl N-methylcarbamate (MMC) 1, 3-dimethylurea (3.04g,34.50 mmol), dibutyltin oxide (0. 56g,2. 25 mmol) and 28.76G DMC were added to a 50 mL stainless steel kettle. DMC serves as both a reactant and a reaction solvent. The reaction was stirred at 423 K for 4 h. The product was subjected to column separation to obtain light yellow liquid MMC at room temperature, with a yield of 99% and a chromatographic purity of 96%. |
